The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is the oldest MBA Program in Hong Kong and has launched its MBA Program in 1966. Although the Program has been frequently adjusting to the needs of society after its launch, its adjustments were gradual and incremental before 2009. However, the rapid uprising of technology does not allow such gradual adjustments, the MBA Program had introduced entrepreneurship as one of its four concentrations in 2010. It was again the first MBA program that has entrepreneurship as its concentration in Hong Kong. In 2017, the program was further reconstructed to contain only two concentrations: Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Finance & Technology with a new approach to train students' minds instead of transferring knowledge since 2015. As the Associate Director (Entrepreneurship) of the MBA Program from 2012 to 2016, and the Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurship, Prof. Wilton will share his experience in developing the entrepreneurship concentration in the MBA Program and operating an iconic entrepreneurship course in the MBA Program of CUHK.
