6th UTAR Seminar on Stem Cells and IPSC Research, UTAR
Date: 26 June 2018

The Center of Stem Cell Research (CSCR), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) had organized the 6th UTAR SEMINAR ON STEM CELLS AND IPSC RESEARCH 2018 (6th UTAR SCiP 2018), ‘Bringing the Forefront of Stem Cell Research and Informatics to the Doorsteps of Society’ on 26 June 2018 at UTAR Sungai Long Campus, Bandar Sungai Long, 43000 Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.

The objective of this seminar is to connect local stem cell scientists to discuss the latest issues on the basic and translational aspects of stem cell research. The topics covered are:

  • Gene Therapy
  • Gene Editing
  • Personalised Medicine
  • Stem Cell Banking
  • iPSC Disease Modelling

We had invited various prominent local and international speakers who are scientist and also those who are working in the industry to share their expertise. The speakers include:
