Centre for Healthcare Science and Technology (CHST) was set up to contribute in the research and development for healthcare science and technology industry with the following objectives:.
- To be leading world-class training center for cross disciplinary research in health science, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- To form strategic links and collaboration with local and international universities, industries for human resource development and consultancy work in key areas of Healthcare Science and Technology.
- To produce scientists with novelty and creativity inculcated into Healthcare Science and Technology sector.
- To provide high quality R&D facilities and services to faculty, community and the related industries well into the future healthcare system, medical technology, biotechnology and etc.
