This report presents the consultancy and commercialisation statistics and activities for the year 2015.
The consultancy activities have made steady progress over the past years. In the year 2015, the total amount approved has increased to RM1,551,713.10 as shown in Figure 1. This is an increase of 25% as compared to the year 2014. Total number of projects approved in the year 2015 is 312.

Figure 2 shows the percentage share of consultancy/outside works by faculties. Faculty of Accountancy and Management (FAM) has the largest share at 33.3% of the total approved amount in 2015. This is followed by Lee Kong Chian Faculty of Engineering and Science (LKC FES) at 19.9% and Faculty of Creative Industry (FCI) at 15.7%.

Figure 3 shows the percentage value of approved projects by categories. Training/Workshop constitutes 45% of all approved projects. This is followed by Academic/Research which forms 31% of all approved projects.
