The Asian Civilisations Museum is the only museum in the region devoted to exploring the rich artistic heritage of Asia, especially the ancestral cultures of Singaporeans. Opened in 1997 and in its present building by the Singapore River since 2003, the museum traces its roots to the Raffles Museum, founded in the middle of 19th century. The ACM focuses on the many historical, archaeological, and artistic connections between the cultures of Asia, and between Asia and the world.

Note: Recommended applications will be notified by IPSR to proceed with the submission to ACM's Research Unit email: nhb_acm_rpu@nhb.gov.sg. Attachments should not exceed 10MB in total. Candidates will receive email acknowledgements of the receipt of their applications. They will be informed of the results by the end of March 2020. Applications close at 11:59pm SGT on 31 January 2020. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered. |

Note: - More information on the Fellowship Grant is provided in the Information Sheet. - Applicants should have a PhD or be in the final stages of their dissertation. In addition, applicants with equivalent research qualifications and experience will be considered.
